Brilliant Bedhead

Carey Mulligan and Keira Knightley recently showed just how beautiful bedhead can look. No matter the length, choppy crops are not just a Brooklyn hipster way of life. They are becoming quite the norm, especially on the red carpet.

The look is fresh, whimsical and has just the right amount of edge and angst. It never appears overdone, or underdone for that matter.

Get the look: Rub a small amount of Bumble and Bumble's Brilliantine through palms and fingers and apply on damp hair from roots to ends. Remember to really work that product into the roots to slightly mimic a “dirty” look and allow the product to anchor those tousled strands. Loosely blow-dry lengths while raking hair with fingers. You may want to consider utilizing a diffuser. Once dry, use a curling iron or wand to form curls, winding from top of hair to ends. Spray hair with Bumble's Hold Spray for all-day hold.
