Good foundation is made of different minerals that stay on longer and also doesn't clog your pores, which is better for the health of your skin. GOOD EYELINER: Lately I've been seeing all sorts of magazines coming out with new ways to accentuate the eye and it's always with a dark bold eyeliner. The reason it's a good idea to splurge on a liner is because you don't want something that will bleed into the eye or smudge after your beautiful strokes have been perfectly placed.
